Svinto spent one year in New Zealand and Australia during 1999/2000. He had a spectacular show career "down under". First time out, three days after his arrival, he went BIS All Breeds in Auckland, NZ.

Before he returned to Sweden he finished by winning the Dog Challenge, Best Male, BOS and Runner Up Best In Show under judge Roberto Posa, at the National in NSW, Australia, during the the Afghan Hound World Congress in Sydney 2000, with an impressive entry of more than 130 Afghan males.

Svintos biggest win in Europe was at the World Show in Milan, Italy in 2000, where he won BIS-3 over more than 15.200 dogs totally!!! And he beat the Nr 1 Dog All Breeds from US in the BOB final beautifully handled by Pauline Hewitt.

Svinto was invited as the VIP-dog to the "Collare de Oro" TV-show in Milan, Italy, in the end of year 2000.
